This Privacy Policy describes how ServiceControl collects, uses, and protects information when you use our Android application. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
ServiceControl is a B2B tool for equipment inspection and maintenance management within organizations. Access is granted only to authorized personnel. Requires Android 7.0 or higher.
Information We Collect

How We Use Your Information
We use collected data solely to operate and improve the App:

- → Enable creation and management of maintenance requests and equipment records
- → Store photos attached to requests and inspection checklists
- → Send push notifications about new repair requests and scheduled inspections
- → Display relevant data to authorized users based on their role
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
The App uses Google Firebase services operating under Google's Privacy Policy:

Push Notifications
The App sends push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for:
- 🔔 A new repair request has been created
- 📅 A scheduled equipment inspection is due
You may disable notifications at any time through your device's system settings. This does not affect core app functionality.
Data Storage & Retention
All data is stored securely on Google Firebase servers (Google Cloud Platform). Data is retained for as long as your account is active within the organization.
Upon account deletion, your personal data (phone number, name) will be removed. Work records may be retained for audit purposes by the organization.
Photos in Firebase Storage are deleted when the associated request or record is removed.
Data Security

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Зберігання даних
Всі дані зберігаються на серверах Google Firebase (Google Cloud Platform) протягом усього часу активності акаунту.
Після видалення акаунту персональні дані (номер телефону, ім'я) будуть видалені. Робочі записи можуть зберігатися для аудиту організацією.
